How Much Do You Charge for Services?

At Upstate Pregnancy Center, we believe that women deserve to have access to the services and resources they need to be healthy and informed. This is why we offer all our services, resources, and appointments free of charge.

Can I Bring a Support Person with me to my appointment?

Yes! We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and supported. You are welcome to bring a friend, relative, partner, or other support person to your appointment. We want you to do what makes you feel most comfortable!

I just got a positive pregnancy test result. now what?

if you received a positive result on your at-home pregnancy test, it’s critical to follow up with an ultrasound. This simple scan will give you the information you need to know to stay safe and figure out your options. At Upstate Pregnancy Center, we offer free, limited ultrasounds to help you learn your pregnancy’s gestational age, location, and viability (which means that your pregnancy has signs of life, like a heartbeat, and you haven’t miscarried).

Are at-home pregnancy tests reliable?

Most at-home pregnancy tests claim to be 99% accurate if taken on the first day of your missed menstrual period. However, many women find it difficult to know when to expect their period due to menstrual irregularity. If this is the case for you, taking the pregnancy test on the estimated first date of your missed period is a good idea. But if you receive a negative result and are still having symptoms (and no period) a week later, test again.
